I plan on a high clearance......pre runner style bumper...with just a tube that runs under the plastic top cap of the bumper...like the pic below, and it will do away with those pesky DRL....
02 Tahoe how did you convert DRL to Fogs? I couldn't find it any where. Did you use foglight bulbs or did you just swap the wires to the fog light wires?

All you have to do to keep the draft down is use a bicycle inner tube that will go all the way around the open window air it up and it will make an air tight seal that will flex and not fall out!!!
you could drape a tarp over the shell and prop the sides off the side of the shell with some short push poles...you just have to figure some way to keep the tarp on the shell.
