I would start by checking craigslist and kijiji, there is one close to me here. I think they made vehicle tents that aren't specific to a certain vehicle, so that might be a good place to start quick google search: http://www.autoaccessoriesgarage.com/Truck-Tents

I know that you used to be able to get a tent that would connect to the back with the hatch open, would give you space to stand up and chance and with he hatch open you might have more leg room. If just one person you could sleep on an angle and probably be okay

do you already own the vehicle? I would just jump in there with the seats down and see how it feels, I think you will find its pretty tight.

How tall are you? I have a 2001, so its a bit smaller but at 6 feet tall I have no chance of fitting back there straight with the seats down

Looks like 325 60 R 18 is a hair over 33" 285 70 R 18 would be just a bit taller than that, would look great!

I think in a place where you never need 4wd on the tarmac, florida, some parts of the southeast and southwest its an interesting idea. With the hubs diengaged you would never know its there. However, for me I need my 4wd in the winter quite frequently and the on pavement the sacrifice for me...
