I've driven a 15 with 35s and 4.10 gears and found it perfectly acceptable. AEV builds almost all of their Jk350 packages with the 35s/4.10 combo. 4.56 would be plenty even if you tow. I'm also located in PA.
Who doesn't have a jeep that leaks is a better question. It's a pretty prevalent issue with a ton of suggestions to fix but some just keep leaking. Good luck.
If they are still using a Dexter Torflex you can get a 2.5 inch lift from Dexter. It's a simple bolt on and might get you enough clearance for the 34s.

I wasn't at all impressed with the factory JKUR suspension or shocks. For me the AEV 2.5 was a huge improvement in ride and handling. Now that I'm also running heavy bumpers I'm even more impressed with this lift. It handles the extra weight of bumpers, gear and a trailer perfectly.
It seems almost every JK I've seen with a 3.5 is running 35s. 35" is also pretty standard for people running the AEV 2.5" lift. I chose to go with the 2.5 and 34s. 285/75-17.
I have the Jeep branded version of the quicksilver. I tow with a 2012 JK. I barely notice the trailer when towing. Mine is the equivalent of the 6.0 but I don't think the extra weight of the 8.0 would be an issue. We have towed the trailer through miles of forrest roads and drivable trails...
