    ImNoSaint's Gen III Build

My wife has offered to label each pin-stripe, hand painted in small letters with a date and place in enamel at the beginning of the gouges that won't buff out. Tokens of the trails. That, however, may give incentive to create some more. I shot the grill over the weekend to see how Duplicolor's...

    Lifting my Montero

Sounds like a great trip. We want to do something similar, a trans-Canadian east to PEI, but we're still a year or so away from that. Baja this Summer. You'll have to dip a little lower into the States to cross paths.

That's what I'll do with my stock rims and Cooper ATPs, keep them for daily driving. I can't afford to knock any more MPG off this pig. I'll keep you posted on the install on my build thread. It'd be interesting to get these two Montys side-by-side and compare the Ironman and OME setups. If...

We use a pair of Thermarests to insulate as well. Adds to its coziness. Curious what you mean by "hooks." Would you please explain this further?

If it's still here it's all yours. StG has been inundated with off-road types over the weekend so I thought I'd put post #5 out there.

    Post your Mitsubishi L200/Triton Pics

Very nice rigs, and very nice terrain. While in North America we're not that short on tracks, we are jealously at a Mitsu-minimum. Great to see what the rest of the planet is hosting.

    ImNoSaint's Gen III Build

Body Trim Removal I've been kicking around the idea of removing the body trim, painting it with a bedliner product and then reinstalling. If you're a Gen III owner you may have wondered what it looks like without the plastic. I've seen a couple of posts here addressing the mod, so I thought I'd...

Welcome to ExPo and to the most underrated 4X family in the U.S. You've gone Auzzie on the antenna location, which seems to work well downunder. I'm considering the moving mine when I get my front bumper sorted out. I appreciate the detail both in your writing and your pics and will be emulating...

Thanks for the bump. And thanks for the gear. We've loved it. With the addition of two Golden Retrievers we've decided to go with a large ground tent.

Gen III Stock Roof Rack Mod

Installed With the varnish set on the planks, I finished the rack install this morning. For the most part everything lined up well to the brackets. I secured them with 8-32x1" stainless steel flat phillips machine screws and nylon-insert stainless lock nuts. I wanted the top to be relatively...
