We also have a Garvin Rack on our Jeep, this is the second Jeep we have outfitted with the Garvin Racks. Very good product and the company support is excellent!

X2 on the Garvin Wilderness Rack. This is the second Jeep we have used Garvin Racks on. I have no complaints and would purchase our next rack system from Garvin in a heart beat. We can not put our Jeep into a standard size garage door opening, our height is to tall.
I was thinking of mounting it in the Jeep, along the dash councel. It looks like it would hold the pistol pretty secure, not bouncing around. The holster clips off the mount and you can clip on a waist paddle. So your using the same holster a couple different ways. What do you think?
