I I have an EU2000 if I NEED power, but I have batteries too. No much need for power, but im not going anywhere until it gets significantly cooler. I work out in the heat all day, Ill be damned if im going to do it on the weekends too. ~ Stump

I do this every three months or so. Hit the leaf packs with a pressure washer to get the grit out, and spray the crap out of em. I use Honda White Lithium Grease, works like a champ, and has so far maintained the pads that came on my leaf pack quite well. Old thread, but wanted to add my two...

This is the worst/hardest recovery I have done. Last year, at the 2010 South East Cherokee Crawl at Harlan Kentucky, Black Mountain ORV park. This guy managed to roll his MJ off the side of a mountain the night before. Rolled over 1.5times, and was luckily stopped by a bunch of trees on the side...

Build one, or have a fab shop build it if you arent able to. Its not too hard, and probably wouldnt cost much more (if any) for a fab shop to build a one off compared to the prices on some of these prefab units. I probably have less than $150 in materials in mine. ~ Stump

I have also seen the spindle assembly do the same thing... It happens. I keep an outer stub in my spares, just in case I have to do what you guys did.... Glad you are getting it all sorted out and no one was hurt when the wheel fell off!
