Love the rig and would be interested in it but the tongue weight (and likely overall weight) is just more than I want for my Xterra. :( We used to own a Kamparoo (similar design) but it was much lighter (loaded 1800 lbs, tongue weight 200 lbs).

Another minor update. Replaced the hatch struts with some from McMaster-Carr. Got the info from an Xterra forum. A little bit more weight lift but adds about 4-5 inches of hatch height. Now I don't have to push the hatch up all the way and it gives me more clearance for my head. Win - Win...

General etiquette I find on most sites, 3 days between bumps. Definitely curious on total loaded weight. Will likely make a decision if I consider one of these for my current truck.

Another minor update. I picked up a ceiling cargo net from an Etsy vendor. I wanted this to allow me to put jackets up, out of the way, yet still be easily accessible. Should work well.

Not a huge update but something I wanted to take care of. Used Cerakote headlight restoring kit. Very happy how it turned out and based on reviews, should last a long time. We'll see... Before After
