^^ yeah I meant rubber boot.. like the one shown below... But you said the ones you are using are sealed... I want to upgrade mine as well, but want a sealed unit.... Looks like the Maxima's are the ticket..

Left side is the kitchen/food/pantry, and slide out kitchen drawer.... The other is the tools/spare parts/camping/recovery equipment/ TP, and OBA drawer.... Ready to roll out !!!

Since you are looking at building from scratch have you thought of using roller bearings.. like the ones used on skateboards? I have the accurides which are sweet, and I love, but they are also heavy and expensive, as you already know... If I was to do it again from scratch I would def look...
