same here. my jk came with the fc 35x12.5x17. they were almost new when i got it. loud on the road, but they are great off road. i'm really impressed. Seem to wear well too. I have around 20k miles on them.

Rock the manual. The traction control works just fine with it, just takes some getting used to. It only works when the tires are spinning any ways, and you have to be on the throttle to have the tires spinning. I like to feel the system work on my JK. I'll try to mess around on obstacles...

perfect place to start. Take it where you want to go. Does it do well? Awesome, you're all set. I'm sure you'll find a few things that need improving along the way, upgrade those and keep going. No need to start out with something extravagant.

I have the Cibie equivalents with a upgraded harness and 90/130w bulbs. Very good, reliable, cost efficient package.

Easiest and cheapest place is amazon. Just get one for 2" channel. Tractor supply, walmart, about any parts store will all have them though. I'm in the middle of making mine right now.

Anyone tried one of these which go through the spare tire center hole? I have the terraflex mount/carrier, so I haven't been able to find an over the spare tire mount. This seems like a good option for some light items. Obviously due to the leverage, not a great option for super heavy items...
