    Cheap Fridge <$400 shipped

That slider is an Engle brand and I thought at one time I checked the specs and the Edgestar fridge was either too wide or long. Been a while since I looked last.

Looking for a replacement GPS, recommendations?

Sorry, I have been meaning to do a review but have been busy. Overall I am happy with the new unit. Vehicle nav works great and is about as fast rerouting as my Crossover. I really like the "lane view" which at some freeway interchanges, it will show you a "real life" view of the road, signs...

    Tool kit storage

I got one of these for Christmas. It was bought at Costco, on sale for $79.99 and closed up, it's flat. I just load stuff on top of it like it was the floor in the XJ. One of the few sets I found that had 3/4" wrench and socket.

    Iceland Off-Road XJ Flares

Those are some of the best aftermarket flairs I have seen for most any vehicle and they rock on that XJ. Curious how the hold up in real world use.

    FSJ buildup- Tank!

You might find that if there is rust and crap in the tank, it may never go away. Best options is to pull it, have it cleaned and sealed or replace it with another one. I have seen people deal with this for months or years until they cleaned/sealed or replaced it. YMMV

Cool rig and progress but boooo on taking the slot mags off... Redeem yourself to the Jeep gods and put the slots back on. :D

    Greeting and some XJ questions

No worries, ask away. As for common oil leaks, the oil pan and/or rear main seal are common on higer mileage one. Another even more common one is the oil filter adapter housing. If you can get the tork bolt out, it's a cake to do with 3 new o-rings (dealer and aftermarket have the 3 o-ring...

    Greeting and some XJ questions

I don't believe the 4.0 uses timing chains or belts but is gear driven. Many inline 6 cyl. are like that.

    Big SWR problem

Here might be a good primer on antennas and racks and the why you don't want to do that and the problems with doing so. It could be part of your problem. http://www.olypen.com/craigh/ant-rack.htm Good luck.

What is the first year for the Rubicon?

The Rubicon package I believe started in '04. In '07 the new JK model came out and also offered a Rubicon package. The source stating '07 is incorrect.

Hey Christo, just wanted to let you know I got the awning yesterday and everything is perfect. Thanks again for a smokin' deal!!!!! Glad I got it before I built my roof rack as I am now going to design things a little different to hold the awning. :D

    Need Jeep advice

Knock, knock... anyone heard of that Toyota recall??? Honestly it doesn't matter what brand you buy, they all have their own set of problems new and even more depending on how they were maintained over their life. Regardless of if you buy a Toyota or Jeep, it is all about finding the right...

    Death to the "Death Wobble"!?

Looks good. Curious, how do you like the new bigger brakes? Also, since you have adjustable lower arms, what length do you have them set at? I recall finding a chart at one time regarding how much longer the lower arms needed to be as you lifted the Cherokee. I know I set my JKS arms are...

    Dexter Axles: Input needed, please

Most of the ones I have seen done use a spacer to move the wheel out enough so it can clear the hub. Not sure if there is any other options.
