There you go. Unless you bought unique materials to start building his particular camper, just give him and anyone else a full refund. You missed your estimated date by a large margin, and while it's understandable why that happened and I'm sure many appreciate the effort you are putting...
The perfect setup is different for everyone and depends on the size and makeup of your crew, the type of camping and events and outdoor fun you have.
Our FWC on a flatbed trailer pulled by a LC is absolutely awesome for us. Quick and easy setup and tear down, a place for Mom to stand up...
The front runner is so nice to use and convenient for everyone in the family to easily access. The small leak from the lid when the can is full is worth dealing with for me but would sure be nice if it didn't!
Nice looking trailer! Lots to like about these Patriot trailers.
I'm not a buyer, but I do have a quick question if you don't mind: are those trailing arms adjustable? i.e. you come into camp and not on level ground can they be adjusted, similar to the AT trailer airbags?
I have the brass tap on the bottom of ours and it works great. The top does leak when we bounce around on trails or gravel roads. It's minor but annoying. I've had it for about 4 years so perhaps a new cap with fresh seal would do the trick. Overall I'm very happy with it.
Per Mario at AT you want to inflate the bags until the straps are taught and then leave out just a tiny pfffft of air. The straps should just have a tiny bit of play.
The actual PSI isn't important.
BUMP! Dropped price to $15,000.
Or.... I am heading up to Bow, NH to the FWC dealer there to pickup my new unit. Will meet you there and you can buy AS-IS for $15k, or $15,500 and they will install the factory furnace and t-stat.
We are really happy with the ram mount we have for our iPad. It bolts into the passenger seat attachment and then I added a secondary bracket to secure it to the center console to reduce vibration. It puts it up high enough that it is comfortable viewing and also you can easily rotate between...
Hi Richard, the kitchen box is made of 1/2" cabinet grade Baltic birch plywood, with King Starboard exterior and cutting/top surfaces on the pull out. I used one locking Accuride 60" slide and one non-locking. The whole kitchen unit is awesome! We can pull over on the side of the road and...
Sorry Brett, already made the trip out west. I updated the title so as to not be confusing. This is a great camper and trailer setup!
Pat, thanks for your kind words. Do you think I can raise my asking price since the camper might still have the slight aromas of your famous hot wings...
Over the yeti is going to make the platform too tall to comfortably sleep.
My drawer setup was built at 10-12" high, I forget exactly, but is level with the folded second row. I sleep in the back very comfortably but wouldn't want the drawers/platform any higher.
