I'd be more concerned about headroom; at 6'-6", I hit the rollbar on the JL. Maybe the seat rail extender would put me behind it, but then I'd probably need arm extenders, too.

I don't think people are necessarily disagreeing with you Badger; I think it's the way you express your opinions that people take exception to. This forum is definitely one of the better ones for respectful conversations and exchange of ideas, and I for one would like to see it stay that way...

The rear of the soft top looks interesting; the window panels wrap the corners and meet up with the rear fender. I wonder if they got rid of the fixed corners to be more open when running windowless?

If not a shut-off button, then maybe a "up-down-up-down-left-right-left-right-A-B-A-B-start" type backdoor sequence to permanently turn it off (like the way to turn off the stability control on a JK).

That's why I like Jeff's modular top conversion; the ability to run with a hardtop but no side and rear panels would be epic!
