    New Lightweight Hardside....

Slick idea and concept They'd probably sell 10x more of them if they offered them as a completely empty shell at around the 9k price point.

Deciding between Webasto and Espar for heat and hot water and where to mount it

I've gone back and forth over a ton of various options with both of these. As of now (subject to change 50 more times before i get to doing it) my solution, is bigger battery bank and more solar to be able to use an electric water heater, and the simple tried and true Espar D2 for cabin heat...

Ford E350 Super Duty Econoline Van 4x4 Ambulance - $49500 (Morgan Hill)

Pulling a whole ton of draw of that smallish main battery. Yikes That lack of attention to detail and systems right there is a large red flag for potential buyers, or at least should be. "Looks" cool though

Tundra TRD Pro for first overland vehicle?

Exactly this!! Correct on all accounts. I’ve been a die hard Toyota guy my entire life but they just simply haven’t kept up with the competition as far as MPG, Payload, etc... not even close actually I never thought I’d own a Domestic 4x4 ever, and now here I am. So far, over the moon happy...

Tundra TRD Pro for first overland vehicle?

The Premium cost the Trd "Pros" bring is simply a waste of money is most instances. I agree with @rruff 100% You'd be much better off starting with a cheaper model and doing the suspension yourself. I've seen this a million times. The idea is always, start stock and "I'm not going to build...

Thanks. No, i removed the suspension max stuff from the rear (just blocks, ubolts, and sway bar links), running Kelderman only in the rear, and still have the SuspensionMaxx up front. Kelderman rides so damn nice, i might swap out the front too! Will wait until its all assembled and see.

2020 Ram 5500 DIY Composite Panel Camper Build Thread

Been SUPER bummed out, and frustrated my panels are running a month behind schedule landing in the US, and my annual month long September trip is now cancelled because of it... So I've been a bit deflated and un-motivated to continue all the work that still needs to be done. But.... All my...
