Thanks for the replies. I really don't plan to wheel the truck on ATV trails etc, I tend to travel on poor quality roads vs no road at all type driving. I am going to poke around under the truck tonight and see if it looks like they'll fit. I do plan to order two and use a bridle

Your '94 is running OBDI diagnotics right? The switch to OBDII was '96 so it would be different than yours.

Had them on the front of my D1, but it also didnt have a factory bumper up front. Would I have to trim/modify the stock DII bumper to use two jate rings up front?

Will Tillery = roveryguy.com fyi For long trips I carry a little pocket autoscanner with me just in case the truck throws a code, its only done it once (faulty MAF) but its nice knowing. Other than that you've got it covered pretty well. Good luck today, can't wait to see the truck!

You won't even notice it back there. I tow my 2000lbs boat/trailer combo with my DII all the time and she pulls it just fine :)

My parents live in the OBX, we hit the beach out there all the time. The Carova area north of Corrolla is awesome, makes a great day trip up the beach to the VA border and back My DII and my moms LR3

Stock DII on FR187 Pisgah NF

I actually went out there with the CROC crew back in Jan of 09 with my first disco. Had a riot. I don't think the ol stock DII is up for the trails out there though lol. Helping some friends move that weekend anyways. Have fun!
