Just south of the Oregon Inlet bridge on the east side. There is a little parking lot there and you just hike back through the dunes a bit to get there, you can see it from the road.

What about removing the carpet and just bedlining the floor? My headliner is actually bedliner material, don't have any pictures of it here at work. I'll post a few up later this evening. Previous owner had the work done though so I'm not sure on the details.

That pretty much sums up my use for my truck, and really not even that 'long' of distances really, mostly want it for the beach, forest roads and the occasional trail outings.

I actually just joined CROC two weeks ago, we have a trail maintenace day sometime in January, so I am sure there will be plenty of people around to show me a few things.

Excellent idea :) Thanks for the link. I just ordered two of the forged Jate rings, they come with grade 8 hardware as well, should be here in a few days :) What is the best method of attaching the strap to the jate ring? A shackle?

Where is a good place to read up on proper recovery, it's hard sometime to sort through all the garbage.

Anywhere in the state to purchase a bridle? I've searched online and haven't found anything, are they called something else on this side of hte pond
