i'll agree, my 43QT, even with the jeep off is barely audible. i can hear the compressor kick on and then a little hum type noise afterwards, and i don't hear the fan at all really.

thanks guys! all the audio issues are fixed, sounds at least as good as the original radio + factory infinity amp, probably a little better. i'd like to replace the factory amp and speakers one day, but that's another project. main item left todo from my original goals is the steering wheel...

when you have a winch near the battery, you have a short run of cable - no worse than the factory run from the battery to the main fuse box, hardly anyone fuses that. the OP however may have a more unique situation. the OP stated he would have a battery in the rear of the vehicle with perhaps...
