Yep, I've got the pfran LED kit and it is quite nice. Krazytoy - that photo I posted looks a little weird. Here is a straight on shot. FWIW, the rear of the truck has nothing in it right now. 2nd and 3rd row seats and carpet all out of vehicle. Maybe that accounts for a bit of extra lift?

That looks interesting. Do you have and use one? I like the romex wire connection to whatever outlet you want, at whatever location. I'm guessing you could hook up a standard GFCI outlet?

My 295s rubbed like crazy while at stock height, and still rub a bit at full lock with a 2.5" lift. I think I can adjust the stops a few turns outward to stop the rubbing, but I don't think it'll be a problem as long as I'm careful. I bought it with these tires on it, otherwise I would've...

That is why I was asking the height. Seems like folks use everything from 10.5" to 13" in height. I'm going to error on the lower end since I'd like to be able to sit up and move around a bit if sleeping inside. Did your drawers hit when extended? Were they sagging? I would've thought...

Good info. We've got a 6 man and 4 man Instant tent. For less than a hundred bucks each, they are pretty good tents! A vestibule would be a very nice addition.

Awesome trip and some great photos! I did some of the same roads about a month ago when I bought my LC in CA and took 10 days driving back to PA. Wish we had that kind of scenery out east!
