    Pictures of Camp Kitchens

It might be the camera angle, but that big burner so close to all that wood just seems like trouble... Have you tried it yet?

Gun for gx460 secret trap door

Yeah, I just saw your post; sorry. My experience has been opposite. I haven't put a crazy number of rounds thru any of my stuff, but I've also never had a problem with most of the Kel-Tecs I own, with the exception of a PF-9 that broke a back spring... My SUB is just crazy fun...

Single wall metal coffee mug with spillproof lid

Snow Peak makes single and double-wall stainless and titanium mugs, with press-in lids. https://snowpeak.com/collections/drinkware I have several of their double-wall mugs in titanium, in 450 and 300 ml sizes, with the lids, which just press in with a watertight seal. Works pretty good. I also...

Coleman Addiction.....for pesants. ha ha ha!

Like many here, I'm a stove junkie. I don't know why, I just am. I probably have 20 different kinds of camping stoves, from biomass to isopro, and several are pretty high-end. But 95% of the time, if weight isn't too much of an issue, I grab my bombproof 533. It just works. No higher praise.

    +++ForSale: Eberlestock bags SOLD

Man, I'm thinking hard about these. I need another pack like I need another headache, but always wanted one of these... Been a little confused though on the kevlar piece... What's the purpose of it in a fanny pack, or something that sits on top of your main pack?

If you're not making it removable, there's really no need to use an IGT frame then as the basis.. Just some aluminum angle iron spaced the appropriate distance will allow you to capitalize on the modularity of the IGT components, and be a heck of a lot slimmer in the process... For slides...

    Snow Peak Addiction

That's kind of what I am toying with. The slots on the edge of the IGT frame can't be too hard to adapt to the slides. It would be nice to make the frame easily removable, so if'n you wanted to set up the kitchen somewhere else, you could. Just pop some legs on...

Great setup! Are you pleased how everything worked? How did the did the wok burner work on propane gas, instead of liquid?

    Snow Peak Addiction

Well put. I didn't know that they are easily removable. You do nice work. What are the slots originally for, that you used for the wooden tabs on your brackets?

    Snow Peak Addiction

Lord knows I love Snow Peak gadgets, but doesn't putting the top on these SP boxes negate using the unique folding action? And if you're gonna negate the folding action, wouldn't just putting a flip up lid be a heck of a lot easier?

That Drifta setup is pretty nice. I've been noodling over how to incorporate my 3U frame is the basis for my camp kitchen; making a sliding setup that is removable so one can use outside the vehicle with legs. So many possibilities. Luke has a better equipped shop that I do to execute that stuff...

What do you really NEED for overlanding

Roger that. You own one of the most reliable trucks out there, and that is huge. Its what strikes fear in most adventurer's hearts. Will it break, and can I fix it if it does? It really is about using your head. Your spider senses will tingle when you know you're pushing your limits of common...

Nice! That's worth fiddling with by itself. Maybe trim it down a little more, or leave it alone. Your picture makes it look like the SP stove is gone from the Jeep, or am I missing the whole picture?
