Salty roads, rustable tank material, and all the service done close to the beach. Salt was a big part of this vehicles life and I can't vouch that the previous owners rinsed the skid plate out after driving though it all. Not worth the drive and full book price. If it was closer and cheaper...

Yeah, they could've counter with a lower price though. They've only had it listed for 4 days so there's no desperation on their part. They will probably find someone who will pay their price. It's a good looking vehicle with under 100k miles

I found other references to this issue on the webz. I told the guy I wasn't interested in driving 6 hrs to pay full book on a vehicle that may have a serious hidden problem. It's all been texts and he didn't counter with anything so I'm guessing this may be a dead deal.

It seems this vehicle lived it's life in VA so I am concerned about the rusty tank thing. None of you are helping me not buy this thing otherwise.
