I bought a warn dual force winch this spring. I haven't used the winch much but I have used the compressor quite a bit. I can take my 36" tire from 12psi to ~32psi in just under 2 minutes. Works good for air mattresses too

Not far off topic... I bought an 2" open cell foam pad with a cover from cabelas. When I roll it tight, it is still a little too big to fit in a traditional army duffle bag. Any know of slightly larger stuff sack style bag? Does not need to be water proof, just to contain the pad and keep...

Who makes a twin stick kit for a 231?

Anyone ever installed or used the terra2lo kit for the NP231? I'm toying with the idea b/c I want 2 low rwd only option. How do you like it it? Is it hard to engage or "find" 2 low? The best price I've found is ~$150, anyone know of a better deal?

Have you considered no racks. Maybe just pack efficiently in plastic lockers/ rubber maids and when you get to the sleeping destination put the storage containers outside or under the rig. I'm thinking 1 man and 1 dog in a midsize SUV could pull it off. Fight the urge to over pack.

I've found that an old steel milk crate holds a propane tank perfectly. A heavy duty plastic crate may work too. I have the crate bolted down to the front of my trailor and a ratchet strap to hold the bottle down.

I have a MH tent of that era, I think mine was made by Easton for MH at that time. I still drag it out when I know the weather will be bad. For roomy camping in fair weather, I love my Coleman 2 pole dome tent. Big and easy. I can't picture a high quality 3-4 season tent that would be...
