I would guess, one kerbillion pounds! :D Just kidding, accessories add weight, no getting around it. But it isn't like I am hiking this stuff in on my back anymore :bike_rider: I think the comfort is worth the trade off, some won't, I'm okay with that. ;)

Mike- Whats the deal with the other trailer? I'd wish you'd done this a year ago before I started my trailer build up. Good luck with the new set up, I am exctied to see what you come up with. What is going to pull the Airstream? Drew

Martyn- I am excited to see the new design. I just spent a week in Moab at Cruise Moab and met a couple with a Horizon behind a yellow FJ Cruiser. Great couple and they let me climb all over the trailer. All I can say is... WOW, I knew they were cool, I had no idea your fit and finish would be...

Just add up the total of your fuses in the block then get one a little bigger. I am running a 60amp fuse. thanks! Drew

kidding on the race ;) this is my therapy. What did you use for the rubber seals between the frame and boxes, I am in the same boat right now, and can't decide if i should just put down some rubber pads at each mount or what? THanks man! Drew

Thanks man, everything does ground to the frame in the end ;) I like to run everything to and from the battery through good corrosion free conductors, as my rig is 31 years old this year! I can't always count on a bolt being corrosion free. That is my main reason for running all the ground...
