All C4500 & C5500 that are factory 4x4 had G80 limited slip diffs as standard in the rear D110. Otherwise, it was optional on the 2x4s.
Dana 70 locking guts (example ARB- RD172) will work inside a Super 70 (aka: Dana 70HD), but be advised the Dana 70HD (super) has a different cover than the...
Ran into a guy at a truck dealer trying to trade in his Ford for a Tacoma so he could put a rooftop tent on it
Na, , , it looks awesome in person, even better than in the photos. A very balanced looked, with the camper looking 'lightweight' due to the angled roof IMO. That really...
@Stormwind was OUTSTANDING to work with. Lighting fast response to messages, super quick shipping, and easy payment. The Crossing Cover was in perfect condition (new with even the desiccant bags still in the pouch). Highly recommend. Out of 5 stars, he deserves SIX.

I have decided to sell my rare and awesome Tiger 4WD camper. It’s a one owner and I have all records for service and repairs from day one as well as all factory manuals for the truck and camper. Most of the...

Adventure Wagon Mule Bags (click) look pretty close,
At $400 a pop  you might have to sell your camper to afford them?
But then again these KombiLife bags (click) are $650 for two
It seems like wheeled duffle bag(s) in the length(s) you need might work. Those have a ridged...
The nice feature is that it is not made from pre-patterned material like diamond plate, where when the object (say a door) is formed, bends and cuts will go through the existing pattern, they (HPI) lays out the pattern of the object, then lays out the 'Gladiator' dimpling so that pattern matches...
I used to use a pair of these on my F350 based FourWheel Camper which weighed about 1100 pounds. Super easy with 2 people, but doable with 1 (you just run side to side a lot) once you get the balance point figured out (and marked for future use). They take up just a little space when not in use...
On my Kodiak the 1st step is 20+" above the ground, so for normal street driving an 'extra step' is helpful. I was able to make it so it pivots up flush when off-roading so no need to be removed.
(Photo during 'build' so end caps and lock/latch that holds it in either position are not shown)
Cheap thrifty guy tip. When looking for 'bags' think outside the box (description).
I wanted a bag for the inside of the spare on my RZR and most of the bags made for that are pushing $100.
But I found a bag on Amazon for 'BBQ supplies', same round shape with top opening lid, top handle...
I've always thought the soft bags as drawers like Earthroamer used on their Jeep conversion was a good idea. The ease of drawers, lightweight of soft bags, and easy to carry back and forth when loading/unloading for a trip, or just to put outside on a table.
Lowly was originally from the UK, so wouldn't it be
ORIGINAL WEIGHT - 1313 stones
STRIPPED DOWN WEIGHT - 866 stones
DIFFERENCE OF - 447 stones
Personally, I've always found the early ATW steps to look quite nice.
But I guess a lot of work with that electric jack to raise and lower them, so your Torklift is a much more practable solution. ;)
Well, a 'Mad Max builds' would require a STEEL version of the 'Atlas'. If you would like 4 steelies, I'll gladly donate them to your build. But a heads-up, they are so heavy that shipping them requires a 14-day prior notice to the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration as their...
