Cabela's has that covered. I think that both MossOak and Woodland are out of stock, but OD is in stock with free shipping. For coastal brown bears, anything less than 20mm HE is a waste of time

While I am not a 'bear' I have 'attacked' both the walls and extrusions of a Total Composite kit (during building) with a 2 lb hammer and they can withstand that. Pretty impressive. Perhaps something like their kit with as Andreas mentions a minimum of doors, and if you want more protection...

I have the 8.1 liters Vortec, so not as 'good' as the diesel. 8-10 mpg (that is with a 4000 lb camper in normal mixed driving. 11-12 mpg if I keep it at 55 mph.

I have the 95-liter version of that (Dometic CFX3 95DZ) and love it. Very reliable and great build quality The lids swap opening sides if needed.

I wonder if you have had any issues with your lugs nuts? I am building a similar small trailer to haul my RZR RS1. As I am using 2000 lb torsion axles (so a left & right) which are only available in 5x4.5. I am using a 5x4.5 to 5x5 (5x127mm) adapter/spacer. No issues there as both the axle(s)...
