These shocks supported my FJ Cruiser as it won the 2007 Exp Trophy (5 day off road competition) and all along the Continental Divide Expedition.
Disabled Explorers started it's non-profit lift with an FJ Cruiser that was loaded to the gills and still run hard on the trail.

my son has a 93 Classic and the seats are trashed along with switches that don't work...
Any info on new covers would really help as a leather redo is out of his 19yr old budget :)

Wow you are moving up into the modern age....from a old Troopy to a 70 series to now the luxo-liner cruiser.
I can understand the need for more space with all the SAR & climbing gear you must carry, plus keeping the wife happy is always good.

Would be interesting if it was possible to legally buy it and transfer title...
then just fly in and drive back home.
Saves money vs a round trip drive and maybe sell it here at home for someone else to head south....how many times could the rig make the journey?
