Brad, it was nice to meet you finally (never had the chance at the Expo) and enjoyed the tour of your trailer (seeing it at Point Sublime added a extra nice touch!) hope you are not suffering to much when using it.. I'am curious on how bad the winds were on Thursday evening/Friday...
I've been using a 10x15 Ezi-Up that I put over the teardrop, it works pretty well unless its a driving rain. It also helps keep the TD cool when parked in direct sunlight. I have a Hannibal style awning on order (since Hannibals are currently not available) that will have walls as an options.
Since I have never been to Mormon Lake I was kinda wondering about that myself, although I don't know if there will be any spare time to much riding while there.
 Jonathan's (and the girls) trailer is way cool!
I stopped by the shop a couple of weeks ago and Ric was putting the final touches on Johnathan trailer and it is impressive to say the least. Ric and his lovely wife Renae are super nice people and seem to be having a great time here in...
Been asked a couple of questions about RTT.
When did I buy it?: I purchased it new in November 2009, first used spring 2010.
Does the canvas have any stains on it?: No
RTT has been SOLD!
Up for sale is a well cared for Ezi-Awn 1400 Series 3 RTT, which has about 60 nights use. It is in very good shape, all window, door screens and main tent canvas is hole free (there is a small hole on a flap). Rain fly is rip/tear/hole free. Mattress and cover are also in...
This will be my 3rd Expo (missed last years) and its looking like it could be the best one yet.
Plan on taking 3 days to get down to Flag, spending 1 night each @ Hovenweep, Combs Ridge and Valley of the Gods. Hoping to get some good photo's. After the Expo will be headed up to the Arizona...
Good to hear that the rehab is going so well, now I won't be able to keep up with you.
I'am pretty sure the Expo will let you in, I just got a email from them with a list of the current comfirmed vendors and they need more trailer vendors IMO, yours should get a lot of attention there, it would...
Being that they are all Toyotas you can't really go wrong with any of them, knowing your particular needs will point you to which one to own.
For me I didn't want a PU truck again after 30 years of having them and since we did not have kids to haul around I didn't need a bigger SUV either...
Used the "Campfire in a Can" for the first time this year yesterday, it was very windy and it worked great. Did not have to worry about blowing embers going into the dry grass that was nearby. It's going to be a very dry year here in the west and there is going to be fire bans for sure, these...
