    Bilstein 7100 Backorder? 3-4 months???

Sounds about par for the course! I had a similar experience with some 7100s many years ago. Todd Z.

    Icon F150 Kit

I believe that's what he was referring to - I looked at the pics myself and couldn't see much of a difference but apparently there is. He replied later again in the day and confirmed that there is indeed a difference and they won't be doing a kit with remote reservoirs for the 04-08 style due...

    Icon F150 Kit

He replied and noted the upper mount on the 04-08 is 90 degrees to the 09-13 creating a routing issue. He said he'll take a deeper look into it today for you. Todd Z.

An acquaintance of mine is the director of engineering at ICON. I fwd'd this thread to him and hopefully he'll provide a definitive answer for you. Todd Z.

    ProFlex problems

I'm assuming the hubs don't have an excessive amount of drag? Is the seat at the proper height? It looks pretty low in the pic so I'm assuming this is a fairly large frame for you? Did you used to ride this thing and not get worn out in 20 minutes? The rear tire looks almost flat in the pic...

Used factory swing away tire racks, is there a demand?

I don't know of any particular use for the carriers themselves but I always thought the latches on those might be repurposed for some other use. Todd Z.

GM hydro boost brakes for newbies like me....

Good advice - I'd be interested in any mods you may have done to alter the pedal ratio as well. 1 1/8" bore master cylinders usually work pretty well for most setups. Todd Z.

GM hydro boost brakes for newbies like me....

I haven't looked at trucks as new as 2012 but I find it hard to believe that it has a 2.5" diameter bore master cylinder. The largest bores I've seen are 1 3/8" on my '01 Super Duty. Hydroboost should be able to hold your truck motionless at idle even in low range. For reference, I have a 4...

For those of you with suspension seats...how do you deal with seat belts?

I used Beard and Mastercraft suspension seats in my Bronco for many years with standard 3 point belts without any issues. Never any issues with comfort and I felt they restrained me properly. Todd Z.

    NORRA Retro Fox Bronco

Boyd's a great competitor (and friend) in our NORRA class. We finally beat him last year when he had some troubles on the first day of racing. The new wrap on the truck looks great! The early Bronco class is currently the largest for this year's event. Todd Z.

Delaware/Maryland - Early Ford Bronco w/ Four Wheel Camper on CL

Not a typo but the asking price is about 3X what it sold for in CA some time ago. It's been for sale for quite awhile now at the current price. Todd Z.

GM hydro boost brakes for newbies like me....

That's sometimes a problem on the Ford Super Duties and their less than stellar CII power steering pumps. I have 183k on mine now without any issues but I have read a lot of comments from people that have had problems. I've never heard of it being an issue with the Saginaw pumps. I've run...

GM hydro boost brakes for newbies like me....

Somewhere in my hardcopy files (probably can be found somewhere online too), I have some listings that show the various piston diameters for different applications. Not surprisingly, the larger GVWR vehicles have larger pistons in them. I don't remember if the different applications have...

I see hydroboost square nose trucks from time to time in the yards here in Phoenix but they are becoming more rare. I'll put it on my mental list of things to look for! Todd Z.

    Larry's 1978 K10

The info I provided was in reference to the posts preceding mine where the intent was to use OEM hoses as much as possible. I certainly understand the reasoning for wanting to do it that way. I'm in the same boat as you - I prefer to convert everything to AN and then make my own hoses with...

    Larry's 1978 K10

In hopes of redeeming myself, I happened to be browsing through a CPP catalog last night and happened across these pieces: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/clp-605sol I called CPP today and they are apparently what I thought I was looking at a few posts ago - 16mm and 18mm metric o-ring to...

Duh - my bad. Those just convert from the o-ring p/s fittings to inverted flare. Sorry about that! Todd Z.
