Well not really that, its just we live in a fantastic country and everyone wants to come here. So they do, and now there is less open land and more regulations. Nothing that makes this country better.

Want the 4wd conversion, 6"lift, 35s, basic shocks, no lockers, no bumpers, and a general going through to check for weak/worn out components. Do you have a ready made kit for the steering and driveshafts?

Because there isn't enough 'open space' in those areas you mentioned. There are too many people and most of the land is either developed or privately owned.
Even if EVERYTHING is not perfect, 40s are bring stupid money at auctions. Lifted versions with chrome rims will bring 40 grand if the paint is shiny enough.
Wouldn't take a lot to find out what is wrong with the current motor. THEN you can make an educated decision. It might be a $3 bolt that has worked its way loose.
