So I finally pulled the trigger today, found an absolute steal on a unit i've wanted for a while. Left over brand new 2019 Talon 1000. Already ordered a winch, front bumper, tires, and lower doors.

In my opinion, with a 2wd vehicle there's little use for a true locker, so I would go with a limited slip/automatic locker that will show benefits virtually everywhere traction is limited, not just when you physically lock it in. In short, go truetrac.

Me too in all honesty. The truck I bought had a twin to it sitting next to it with a 6.5' box... I'm kicking myself daily for not buying it.

Either an older Tahoe/Yukon/Suburban, or an Expedition/Expedition EL I'm a die hard Ford guy but would buy whichever of the above I find for the best deal, in the nicest condition for my budget.
