I really, really, really hate the Jeep Dragon edition (you can read about that here in my op-ed The Jeep with the Dragon Tattoo) the grill may prove to be a good option for those looking to get that blacked-out look with OEM fitment and paint.

Thanks, I'm really looking forward to the launch of the Pronghorn MRES. Pinterest is the bomb.

I didn't know that was on the market, it actually looks like a great option.

Hey Mark—hope all is well in Prescott. I've looked at the Sesquahanna/Hella conversion, and it's on my list, as is the JW Speaker conversion. Someone really needs to do a comparison and review of all JK headlight upgrades. Hmm.

    Buy or run

I've bought and sold quite a few cars on Craiglist, at that price range, I highly doubt the seller will be willing to have an inspection done. It's a Jeep for $1650, it'll probably be gone before you could go pick it up. Without sounding cross or rude, at that price range you're either going...

We'll see, I need to figure out how that'll work with my Pronghorn MFES and Top Mount Winch Case.

I will concede that technically these lights do need to be have an opaque cover installed on public roads in the State of California, as they are more than 42" above the ground and will likely be wired independently. Hmm, lighting laws could be a great article.

I wouldn't exactly call this light abuse... Again, I think people are really taking this out of hand—I'm testing this light bar for the ExPo front page, and I'm also evaluating these brackets to see if it is a mounting viable position. I HIGHLY doubt it'll stay mounted there. When new...

I have two yellow covers for it. People really, really seem to dislike this thing. I've been chatting with Rigid Industries about some improvements, as the brackets catch spray from the windshield sprayers.

The Long Range Automotive tank doesn't require and cutting and mounts in further inward--that's where I'd put my money. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Once you start installing drawers and a fridge, this awesome space underneath the rear cargo floor is rendered essentially useless. It's begging for some kind of water storage. I bet you could get a few gallons in there easy.

I did the stupid simple thing for a while. Carb and points. Left me broken down in the middle of nowhere more times than I can count. Luckily they're easy to fix.

I've rarely had a power door lock or window leave me stranded in the backcountry.

That's true, I guess I just personally prefer batteries to be under the hood. We had a battery blow up in the Jeep J8 once on the trail, and while it was mounted underneath it still sounded like a shotgun went off, and filled the car with battery fumes. I wouldn't have wanted that to happen...

They're not cheap. The modular design with separate outers is done for a reason. There are crush zones built into the bumper so you don't bend your frame in a minor accident. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

No idea about the glare as it's not hooked up yet. Roof rack lights sure do look expeditionish, but I doubt this will get anything like that. Vespas rock.
