Must be something about living in Arizona. I just installed my water tanks and could only get 70 gallons in there. In my experience water is what sends us to town first. No one says you have to fill it up.
Thanks, I'd appreciate that. I did just realize though that it shouldn't matter which way the water circulates in my heater. I'll look and post if it's directional.
Thanks again Bob. I knew I found the right guy. Do you know of an easy way to tell which way the flow is going near the ball valves and pump? Will there be an arrow on the pump maybe? You think it will be ok if I just tee in right before the ball valves?
Sorry, I was being lazy and couldn't think of the name. It's called L Track. I've got many of the clip things and individual mounts from the netting restraint system. I'm planning on buying a track and mounting it low enough to reach but high enough to be effective. Hope this hijack/thread...
I'm fed up with the mounted awnings. Tree magnets, they never close tight after the first year or two, and I've done a few of those scrambles when the wind comes up. I'm just going to mount one of those tie down strips along the side and back then use the quick connect clips to put a decent...
Thanks I'll watch for that. How does one go about changing this if it's in the computer only. I'd also like to turn the idle shut down feature that was disabled by the previous owner. Is this all dealer only stuff?
I know I'm a little behind the times here but check out Majestic tv's. 12v and made for the rv environment with built in dvd. Be prepared to crack that wallet open wide though.
gaiusheff, thanks for the support. It helps.
CowPig. It would have been great to build together. Imagine building two in the same space. Seems like it would go faster although anytime someone comes over to visit/help all progress comes to a stand still. I've gotten some ideas from you as...
Those look great. I'd put them on the front if I could find em. Do you guys know of any issue wiring up the ambers to run as flood lights till I find some of these?
I'm sure you are aware that you can get a high altitude kit for the espar heater. I'm currently shopping for an air heater as well so was excited about your attachment. Although after reading it I don't think I'd be willing to go through that procedure every time I changed altitude.
As you can tell by this picture something interesting has happened to the truck.
It's time to commit on the shower. This job has been haunting me since the beginning. It's a big job that has had me staring at the floor and walls for some time now. I decided to get out the sawsall and go...
Started on the waterworks. I think this is going to be one of my favorite parts of the build. It took many hours to come up with a plumbing schematic that didn't overlap water lines. My goal was to mount everything on one plane and have all of the valves in a line. This will make it easy to...
Look ma, no stripes. Lucky for me my Dad was bored and likes to help. He did most of the stripe removal one half inch at a time. The wizzy wheel was great on the thinner decals but didn't do anything on the thicker large stripes. A heat gun and putty knife were the only thing that worked...
