Power Wagon common problems? Best years?

I love all power wagons and they are all solid trucks, you can’t go wrong with any of them. My preference would be one with a g56 and 4:56 gears.

    Expedition One Rear Bumper

Don’t get excited you still don’t have it and do not know if it has all the parts needed or if it works. Sorry I had to say it.

Any Intel on the new BFGATKO2 DT heavy duty?

You are 100% correct, there are so many better tire options out there I don’t know why people run them.

    Information needed

I’ve never priced one, but that seams like allot of money, heck in 2012 I built a 3 bed room 3 bath home on 2 acres for 216,000.

Ram HDs with 37s. Do you carry a spare?

I blew out a 37 inch Toyo on the road and a plug kit wouldn’t fix it, it happens. It was a Toyo rt with 10k on it. A 1/2 bolt somehow got stuck through the edge of the tread on the side of the tire. I now just throw a spare tire in the bed and take it out when need be, or I throw it on my yakama...

2013 Ram CCLB Diesel- My new to me build

That rack is awesome! Puts my yakama to shame. Yes I’m still on the fence of the RTT, I can’t make up my mind between one and a OZ tent.

What about engine powerstroke 6 liters?

Yes I agree! My buddy bought one new in 2001 and still has it, low mileage garage kept. I will say it’s a complete dog and barely starts below 30 degrees but it’s been pretty reliable. Not near 12v cummins reliable, but the next best thing. He has only had his serviced at a lock ford stealership...

2013 Ram CCLB Diesel- My new to me build

Take in mind with larger tires and offset rims that push the wheel out they can go at anytime and when they do it can be a mess. I lost a hub on the interstate, it was a scary ride and ruined my brake rotor and pad. I have had 2 sets of dynatrac hubs and love them! On this truck I plan on a...

    Steel rims

I used to run simple black steel rims for years until rust became an issue and on my new truck I went with aftermarket aluminum rims. I used to order my black steel rims from national tire and wheel and desert rat. I cant remember the brand but check with those two companies.

A friend of mine is looking at a 2008 dodge mega cab, he's wondering about a cheap good suspension option...Any ideas on this?

Get the thuren softride kit with white body overland shocks and a thuren trac bar, it will do the trick on a budget, my 12 ram had that kit on it and it worked great for the money. Do not run bfg tires on that truck!

How to you strap your tire down on your yakama rack? Using ratchet straps? Nice truck, looks great with the rack.
