Looks great! I never liked a topper until I got one, now I won’t go back! Now you need to slap a coat of colinite wax on that and clean it every day! I love black trucks but I hate cleaning them.
I had the overland kit on my 2014, great kit, rode awesome. I went with the carli back country, radius arm replacements and replacement sway bar... basically a pintop minus the king shocks. I can tell you this kit rides and handles like a sports car, it’s glued to the road on the turns and tows...
Yeah I know that, they have the same load capacity but at a lower psi. For some reason that I can explain I wear out load range d tires faster than e, maby the e rated tires have a different rubber compound, I don’t know but they do last longer on my heavy truck.
I think you will if you rotate them often. I’m always towing either a boat or a flat trailer and am not the best about rotating them, that combined with the added weight probably helped aid in their demise.
I am at about 22k and they are at the tread wear bars... I don’t think the d rated tires like the heavy cummins combined with the AEV bumper and winch.
What year is your 6.7? When I change my oil at 5k the computer shows no where near end of oil life, plus cummins recommends 14k oil changes on the new 13 plus 6.7. My 2012 the oil change light came on around 7k.
I used to do the whole black stone thing with amsoil and see how far I could push it. Looking back I think it was all a pain in the ass and probably didn’t save me any money. Now I just run rotella and a fleetgaurd and change it every 5k.
My wife has the 6.4 in her grand Cherokee srt, I run...
I got the same question. I was just thinking about dropping the truck off at a body shop if I were to go that route, which I might, these 37’s are just too small now.
