My spindle gussets were installed with the bearings in place. That being said my fabricator was very cautious and still pre heated everything. I had new wheel bearings on hand as well in case I needed to replace them afterwards. Everything went good though and I have been driving on them for...

Sliders look great Scott! I've got about 1/2" between the top of the slider support rails and the pinch welds. I have not made pull contact with the pinch welds, even with lifting one side of the truck up with the hi-lift.
I know that some sliders will help reinforce the face of the frame rail. When Cruisin Offroad built mine, they actually ran pull plating up the entire side of the frame and wrapped it around the bottom of the frame rail. I am quite certain they are the beefiest sliders I've ever come across, but...
The rear fender is untouched. The front has been tubbed and the fender has been opened about 1-1/4" if I recall (discussion and photos somewhere in this thread).
I would honestly say that this truck is definitely a compromise in offroad capability, but it easily makes up for that in its level...

Still not running them! haha I put the stock pack + AAL back in place. The Deavers weren't getting me the lift height needed. This being a "prototype" pack i have not been too concerned though as that's all part of the game. My truck is the first Tundra with a shackle flip that they have done...
