Not mine, but a good friend of mine is selling it and I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from him, as he keeps his stuff nice (I think he's an Expo member, too, but I'm not sure). On Ebay ending tomorrow/Wednesday morning ET: https://www.ebay.com/itm/254420241821
Most campervans, and I assume most motorhomes in general, have their house batteries charge from the engine alternator through a battery isolator with no issues. My extended-body Sportsmobile has at least a 15-foot cable run from the engine compartment to a three-AGM battery bank in the rear of...
A few pics from when I had the running boards off.
And, for inspiration, two photos of another Traverse that got the Agile Offroad 4x4 treatment (to be doubly clear, the last two are NOT my van).
@Outside somewhere RE: Documentation Previous owner's repair records confirmed it to my satisfaction. You could always run a CarFax if you wanted to be sure. The PO was a retired fireman and just used it for golfing trips with his friends, trips to the NJ shore with his grandkids, etc. It's...
Thanks for your comment @AbleGuy Well, yes and no to fixing it up more. If they were mechanical issues, then I'd agree. But they are essentially cosmetic and can be fixed or not fixed, depending on the buyer's desires and budget. I've priced it accordingly, with an extra discount on top beyond...
I just posted my personal van in the main classifieds section: https://www.expeditionportal.com/forum/threads/fs-2002-pleasure-way-traverse-ford-e250-pop-top-campervan-phila-pa.207707/
**SOLD** * (at asking price)
2002 Ford E250 Pleasure-Way Traverse pop-top camper van. 69,000 miles. Similar to a Sportsmobile RB50, GTRV Westy, or VW Westfalia layout. Sleeps 4 and seats 5. Has a built-in stove, refrigerator, sink with fresh and gray water tanks, ducted propane heater, and...
For that Vancouver rig, I've never even heard of an E550! Did some quick Googling and looks like it was only made for a few years in early 2000s. Interesting.
Saw V9 in person on Sunday on his drive home. Great-looking, clean build! (And his old take-off Alcoa wheels look nice on my E250 PW Traverse van, too.) :-)
My Honda Odyssey has that on the right side, activated with the right-turn signal. Nice for the blind spot over there, and would be really nice on a full-size van for sure.
