He's swapping into his built 3rd gen (not the wrecked one pictured). I believe the wrecked one is the donor wiring harness and ECU so there will be less downtime on his running 4Runner having the wiring sorted before the swap begins.

Exactly. I do have a small welder, and I still was burning through. Almost had a fire once through the process and that's with two people and the second guy on the inside with wet rags and a fire extinguisher handy. Continuous weld on the sheet metal alone would have burned through absolutely...
