He's swapping into his built 3rd gen (not the wrecked one pictured). I believe the wrecked one is the donor wiring harness and ECU so there will be less downtime on his running 4Runner having the wiring sorted before the swap begins. Stoked for this, as discussed. Can't wait to come over and...

Exactly. I do have a small welder, and I still was burning through. Almost had a fire once through the process and that's with two people and the second guy on the inside with wet rags and a fire extinguisher handy. Continuous weld on the sheet metal alone would have burned through absolutely...
