Shower Room, Privy, etc..what do you use?

x10 on the Outback Privy. My only hope is that they would make a higher quality version for more $. Over time, the thing will fall apart and QC isn't great. But for it's low price, you can buy a new one every few years. :sombrero:

IMO, do-able but barely adequate. Would be fine if one had the 5-speed.

Coleman 2 burner stove vs. 1 burner+1grill model?

I was not happy with my Coleman 1 burner/ 1 grill and so I gave it away. The grill heated unevenly. I would suggest getting a two burner stove and a separate (and better) grill. I realize people buy this for a convenient and fast grill but one of those grated, cast iron pans might do a better job.

    "OE aux. fuel tank"???

I know your 4Runner is super loaded and you could use more space. Another option is this aux tank that carries 32 gallons of fuel and 14.5 gallons of water. http://www.thelongranger.com.au/100serieslongrangefueltank.html

    Why Five?

Also noteworthy is the newer 5x150 pattern is more than 10mm wider in diameter allowing for larger axle shafts, bearings, etc?

Logic fail. How would those who fared badly in a car accident respond to your post? Here's a good link on lap belts and children. http://www.cpsafety.com/articles/lapbelts.aspx

Unfortunately, you won't see many land cruisers in Tokyo because of the heavy diesel restrictions since 2003.

    "OE aux. fuel tank"???

Sure... the OEM aux tank has a capacity of 45 liters (slightly less than 12 gallons). It fits above the spare tire. Many australians scrap this tank for something larger or LPG conversion in its place... so they can be found for fairly cheap ($50-100 plus shipping on eBay) granted you can get...

    LC vs. Sequoia

Looking at the '04's of both the Sequoia and LC.. it's about a $6k difference which is substantial. Funny you say that about the poverty pack as it is very true though it might have much to do with uniqueness in the States.

    Help a newbie - 4Runner v. Cruiser

This is all I'm reading since it seems the 4Runner meets all your other needs. A few modifications will go a long way. Armor, tires, lift and lockers. A stock 100 (or 80) will have clearance issues as well.
