I guess I didn't make my point clear. I'm paying the same for a commercial C and C insurance what finished EC owners are paying when paying as an RV. I didn't realize RV insurance was such a good value.

I'm working on air seats for the left and right passengers and a child compatible suspension seat for the middle. It's definitely possible. There are suitable mounting points for child latches.
I'm 6'4 and comfortable in the stock configuration. Even more comfortable in new seats. Have you sat or driven in a standard cab?
Good news on importing into Canada! I'm sure a few Americans are currently working on how to import one from there.
I just did mine this week on my '13. Almost exactly like the picture posted. Located behind right front bumper corner where fog light sits. Turned the bolt in all the way and now my cab doesn't give me a hernia lifting it anymore.
It's not because they're changing to a 5 speed manual and low range in '17 and clearing out old models?
Edit: The lawsuit stems from a company that looks like they do a lot of stop and go / idle usage. And it's 2012's they're referring to. I'm not sure why after 3 strikes for the same thing...
