You might also look at http://www.balancemasters.com I'm running them on both my Dodge 2500 and Fuso with 19.5's and Toyo 608's. I will never balance again :)

Stockton can build them for $490 each as of 6 months ago or so. I waited on Rickson and waited, and then finally swapped my order for a set of 19.5's for my Dodge which they delivered promptly. If Stockton can't look it up holler at me and I'll post the specs and SO/PO and invoice numbers...
