I've run into the same thing on with my phone. I've heard the Tapatalk app makes it easier. I just skip the photos because its a PITA. Something with this forum software.
I have a CB connected in the front to the same panel. I didn't realize that it was a glued panel. It's a roof crossmember panel which would be exposed to a lot of heat due to the fact it's on the roof. Why wouldn't they tack weld it is beyond me.

Welcome! IIRC the neck is plastic. I would be careful putting any stresses on it. Otherwise as long as it's downhill and sealed so no debris enters the tank I can't see why it wouldn't be a problem. I'm not sure how you would tell if the tank is full so you would likely end up with DEF in...
