    Anderson connectors: Crimp vs solder?

Excellent photo of a good crimp Dave, I've used it many times when communicating with suppliers. (Engineer in automotive industry) IIRC it comes from the SAE / USCAR 21 spec.

Tankless water heater to heat air?

Thoughts on what? It could work, you would need to "engineer" a system. Generally my house runs like this. Instant hot water heater to pump(s) to radiant in-floor tubes (basically a heat exchanger) controlled by a thermostat(s).

    Building my own camper

I opted for 1.5" square 0.0625" wall steel tubing welded. Skinned with 0.040" aluminum on the sides. Roof 0.090". Attached with 3M 5952 VHB. I didn't really like to look of the bare edges, so I trimmed everything in aluminum attached by sikaflex.

    2003 Montero Replacement headlights

Autosol is less work on the second coat then applying wax. Plus a lifetime supply is under $8 delivered (Prime). I tried the UV block on another vehicle and it didn't really do much for time extension.

    2003 Montero Replacement headlights

I have found that Autosol works pretty amazingly on the plastic headlights. 1 tube will last many lifetimes. Expect to do it every year or 2, but after the first time it only takes a couple minutes. Amazon While the product information does not explicitly mention using Autosol Metal Polish...

    Montero Alignment in Houston

Gen 3 I assume? Look for a Frame & Axle shop. They can usually do every alignment. I took my Gen 3 to F&A in my local area, they cussed a lot, but got it done, replaced a couple bushings and camber bolts.

CAN bus lights & LEDs Outlander and trailer harness

So I "upgraded" my brake, tail and all turn signal bulbs to LEDs in my 2014 Outlander (a CAN bus controlled lighting system) a couple years ago. Its nice that they are super bright now. I have recently wanted to pull my newest trailer with this vehicle and for the life of me cannot get the...
