Building my own camper

well just planning to build so far. Still sourcing materials. Was going to try aluminum frame with homemade panels. But not quite sure how I wanna do the panels. Such as what foam to use or skins
Any inputs from others who built their own? Camper is going on a 8 foot bed in a 2002 f350.

I opted for 1.5" square 0.0625" wall steel tubing welded. Skinned with 0.040" aluminum on the sides. Roof 0.090". Attached with 3M 5952 VHB. I didn't really like to look of the bare edges, so I trimmed everything in aluminum attached by sikaflex.
