Nice oven for Florida! No, seriously, nice cap, but I think you need to install insolation and ventilation to keep a nice interior temperature. Have a nice 4 months! wow!

Winch question - steel vs synthetic rope

Maintaning a wire rope for winter and summer does inclued lube! The best I found so far was liquid molly! (apply every other year in my case). Same wire since I got the winch in 1999 and got to use it a lot! Still no rust. Had to repaint the winch once or twice. But as mention in a previous...

Winch question - steel vs synthetic rope

Well for me, I have seen synthetic line snap way more than steel. I know steel will brake too of course, but I have not see one yet. But I have seen synthetic snap at more then one occasion, and they were not 10 year's old, not even 5 year's old, at most 2 years old in some case. 1 was even...

Where did you mount your fire extinguisher?

I try to keep mine (in a vehicule) as close to the driver door as possible, if not possible, as close to any other door (like the rear one with the road flares) as possible without having to dig for it Under luggage or other things.

Mounting ARB Fridge in M101CDN Trailer?

I'm looking into that as well. But I would pesronaly try to put it in the front of the trailer. The back, just amplified the shaking. I do not have a M101, but I remember putting a cooler in the back of the trailer, it was the only room available. The cooler was fine, but food was a mess in...
