That's a real unpopular article for some people on here..... you know, for the people who think it's ok to overload a vehicle and drive it down the road potentially right next to you and your family.
This isn't true. I snapped an axle in my 2010 raptor. Looking in the side view mirror you could see the tire was out considerably farther than usual. If you snap an axle on these, you are relying on 2 small bolts holding the caliper in place to keep the wheel/tire from completely coming off...
The paint job is very cool. If it were mine I'd leave it! (But it's not and you're free to do whatever you like with your vehicles because an opinion of a stranger from an online message board really means nothing)
You made me question the one I have, so I ran out to the garage to look at it. I do have a 16" Milwaukee chainsaw. Also made me scroll back in my purchase history and I bought mine in October of 2020. It was part of a combo deal with a battery, rapid charger and a new large Leaf blower.

I've had them a long time ago in my mustang. Oil pressure, water temp and volts. Seemed to be accurate but I didn't have anything to base them off of since the gauge cluster didn't give me numbers to reference. They did feel/look cheap but at the time it's all I could afford.
certainly wouldn't...
Well if you live in SF you know it never gets hot enough to melt lip balm. Lol
but to be clear, I know this is a ridiculous and unnecessary mod, but it's very convenient since the truck is used mostly for longer road trips with the family and camping, so always having something cold available...
