Ok I do not know squat about Landys. SO what differentiates series 1 from 2 etc. What were the production years and major changes. Also are are landrover discovery till '96 considered a series 1 no matter the badging like se or what have you. I see series II really old landys for sale...
interesting choice of verbage on the $ part.... entertaining offer between 5000 and 6500. We not start 6500 for both willing to seperate. No one is gonna offer him 6500 if he will take 5000
Marginal pic of the caymen but you can see large rear tank well front hatch, mall ceter console etc. All the making of a great platform! As an early kayak fishing boat this was a top choice I used one for years.
Your right about the Manta being a suped up Tarpon. THe deck of the T-120 was good. Definetly a big break through for the 12' size. Before the T-120 every one was using the T-160 and I was trying to sell the Dagger Caymen 12.5' Boat in my shop as a nice day rig. It had great storage in the rear...
Nice! you will be happy with the R.E. kit. I have installed probably 25 R.E. kits on various jeeps in the past few years. THey make great stuff. WHy not resi shock all the way around. Do they not make them to fit the cherokee?
Looks great! I saw one of heir front bumpers in person a few yeara ago and it lookd like god stuff. The corner protection will come in handy for sure. It has on mine.
For baja maps I have them for the lowrance. I can email the file to you. It is not as detailed as the u.s. stuff but every trail we were on last year was showing up on the screen.
I have been running the 480 and I love it. all my local trails are on there as well. I do not hink mine looks up...
Hell if jeep came out with an unlimited diesel I would buy one tomorrow no hesitation. Of couse if the frontier comes in with a diesel I would probably get that over the jeep.
dont for get you flack jacket if your going onto ttora.com LOL lots of self proclaimed internet police over thier waiting for newbies to post a question that has already been asked or in the wrong thread. Search before you post on TTORA or those idiots will flame you.
I fit mine with an OME lift. I did some inner fender lining trimming but they went right on no issue. Not 100% of it will work on the Oz model lux but bet it would fit with a basic lift and mild trimming. Remember that an IFS lift does not really give you more room for larger tires over stock...
why not stay 16" and get some maxxis bighorn 255/85/16 tires for $131 a tire shipped to your door?
Or some 265/75/16 for $121 per tire shipped.
You will save money from buying new 15" rims
Man this would be a great shake down run for the rig before we go to Baja but I'm not sure if it will be running or not. If last minute additions are ook then I will let you know that month. The time off is not an issue but over the next several months the rig will be in various stages of...
