Well as scott know I have been through fire academy and been active with fire rescue. I think Halon is great but my concern is the user also. I mean worst case scenario you have to use it while still in the vehicle. Halon would be real dangerous.
I mean lets be honest about the dry chem units...
Kicks Ground...feels rejected...starts to cry...opens bottle...loads gun....bang.
No seriously guys that's awesome. Good luck. Is there a site with info about the race?
Oh man I know that trip all to well. At least you got to stop in sydney. When we went we landed had a 2 hr lay over to our flight to adelaid LOL! I'm jealous as %^&$ wish I was there!!!
Well could be good if ya have enough ports to run a line from the air tank to the water tank. Obviously there wold have be an in line pressure fitting but the big question is would you have to go to a metal tank? My guess is no since a water tank should be sealed even if it's poly. Just wonder...
Well I have had several video ams over the years and love my panasonic. I have just a small digital dv camera but it is the compact that has the 3 way color chip in it. I think it was about 800 or so and it shoots great and allows for good editing. I also am considering getting a bigger better...

Oh man keep me posted. I might be down for that. Winter is a good time for me t be off. Plus I might have sold my property and shop by then. and be unemplyed with nothing better to do LOL!
Actually doing that in winter would truely be an expedition. I'll have to scrounge around adn dig out my...
Ya know I have mixed feeling. Although it is convenience I worry about the box for the trips we do for a few reasons. First there is no good way to secure Items in the box so things can flop around in there. I suppose You could add some tie down to it on the inside however. It will limit the...
I would be more conserned about the plastic snaps failing before the laminate sheet. Great idea but I'm sticking with my GCI cookwear and Brunton Titanium spork LOL!
well I think it was mostly the drivers in the begining. Then after the about the 6th rig the sand got so broken up on both sides of it there was no traction. Plus the log was old and do to rains it was saturated with water and slippery. All I know is open diffs, 31"s, and a laoded truck made it...
This would make an awesome expedition rig. A local shop here in Tampa builds these.[/IMG]
All in all an outstanding week end. Not to much wheeling but 3 good days with friends "camping" and hanging out.
