Here in WA state the tire shops have a sipe machine to add more to tires when needed. I had this done with both previous sets of BFG AT and it seemed to really help having tried them on snow first without and then after sipes added. Mainly it seems to help with braking but it must also help...

The KO2 is the best tire in your list. You should NOT use a size smaller than the oem. A 32.5" size will fit fine without a lift. 33" narrow enough will fit too. 31.5-32" is kind of ideal for stock height though. The 265/75x16 in BFG AT Ko2 is right about 31.5". Which really would be sort...
