Have you bothered to use your Dometic? I've been running some non-scientific tests, and aside from 120V shore power, these fridges are worthless. Did you hook your ARB up to a house battery and just run that?

Bevan, Is that what the "top" is going to be attached to? Also, I'd suggest a very thorough cleaning of the interior space with good rubber gloves, and a strong bleach solution. I know how our medics and EMTs treat them locally, which is good, but you can never be to careful with blood borne...

Kevin, Those photos are from when I was a few months old. The interior is damn near perfect, and the drivetrain has around 60K on it. The guy I bought it from has a few more in his yard that he has done hi-top and TDI conversions on...great person to buy it from.

No build thread for this one...just going to go out and use it as it is in great condition already.
