Issues I had with my old 3.3 (at relatively low mileage - 80k);
- Could not keep distributor working, Nissan no longer sells these new so always had to go with "OEM" parts from Napa. I had about 8 distributor failures, truck would die. There is some sort of optical sensor within the...
I'd be more concerned with how to deal with bribe cash, and where you are going to hide your real ID. Take photocopies of your driver's license and never give them your real one. Never carry more than like $500 cash. If any crooked law enforcement see a shiny Lexus with US plates, you're...
Far as I know, ARB is the only one with crumple zones, designed and rated to work with your airbag system. And you can ********** deer with them all day long, won't even scratch it.
I'm not sure why the word "s m a c k" is filtered on here but that's pretty dumb.
Turbo timers are not needed with any engine or brand of oil made in the last 20 years, and they definitely were never needed on most pickup trucks. I'm also 99% sure they are only for oil cooled turbos.
Think of it this way... If you are ripping on your car enough to make the turbo glow red...
LOL looked up TAV.. what a joke. This is a company bolting on parts from other manufacturers. They don’t make anything.
Why would anyone who owns a screwdriver and two opposable thumbs know what a “TAV Stage 1” is?
It matters because it’s not effective range and anyone regularly running to empty to get more range is a moron.
You cant run a pump dry over and over, the fuel cools the pump. Hope you’re carrying a spare!
Positive. Two different campers, same bolts, I take them in/out all the time. You’re over thinking it.
Also you bought a Dodge. Are you are sure quality is your top priority?
The turnbuckles are aluminum and steel, and you're right they may not actually bolt to the frame but they are sturdy as hell. I'll get some pictures of mine later. Your Grandby shell weighs maybe 800-900 lbs. Very light. None of that weight is being held by the bolts... the truck bed holds...
As one of the forums biggest nay-sayers with regards to all the inferior, poorly built domestic vehicles the big three have delivered over the years... I'm actually interested in the new Bronco... If Ford ever actually starts delivering them. The base model price is pretty decent for what you...
Deceiving at best. If you are running your tank to empty, it's not "range". Probably reads empty with about 4-6 gallons in it and I'm guessing your effective "range" is more like 250-280.
Also ****** is a TAV?
35” fits. gotta relocate or sledgehammer the guides. Mine is ¼”-½” from the shackles on both sides but it does fit.
Mounting tires anywhere else is a pain to deal with. Swingout bumpers are expensive and bed space is precious.
It’s worth the 10 minutes with a sledgehammer to keep it in the...
