Edit: I've just got the tapatalk HD for my iPad and it's set up very, very different. My bad.

    Eurosonic's Montero 2.5Gen Build Thread

Probably best to start your own thread asking these questions. Youll get more answers. Edit: I just got tapatalk HD and its funny how things are now setup. Hard to explain, but I cannot see parts of the thread I used to be able to see. My bad.

    Gen III Rear Anti-Sway Bar

Taking the rear sway bar off of an IRS if a lot different than taking it off a solid axle. You should notice a huge difference on road. If it were me I wouldn't remove it, bit if you decide to please use extreme caution and do it on a closed course. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

See, 35s do fit without a body lift. Looks good, but I'm sure it rubs with suspension flex right? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

    Eurosonic's Montero 2.5Gen Build Thread

It is so nice to post pictures with tapatalk for iPhone...... Easiest way to put up a picture! Snap a pic with the iPhone, upload it right into a thread reply. Doesn't get any easier..... You can pull them out of any album too. :)

    Asking for trouble?

That question will get mixed answers. Judging by the space I have in my wheel wells (turning lock to lock and full flex) that I have measured, they will fit with 2" coil spacers, and the correct torsion bar crank along with the proper rims and or wheel spacers and shocks. You'll definitely be...

    Asking for trouble?

That's a big reason to get those hubs. Once you increase the angle on the cv axles, those bots rip fairly quickly. I went with 2 inch spacers to keep some articulation back there. I was inclined to get three, but I thought It may make it too stiff in the rear.

    Scrubber3's long overdue build thread

Yeah, I've seen corvettes lose to cavaliers at the drag strip for this very reason. Nothing like the driver to bring out the full potential (or downfalls) to a purpose built vehicle.

I've left the Toyota Fold, AKA my Montero Build Thread

I have that exact one! Love that thing. I get all of my tires air down before most get just one finished.

I have one if he doesn't.... Let me know, but by all means buy from him first as I am not going to steal a sale from him. ;)

    Scrubber3's long overdue build thread

Nice! I have a very cool group of jeep guys I ride with and they always talk ********** up until we hit the reds. Then it's more like"wow how the?". Though I will say that a Rubi even in stock form is one nasty off roading machine. If only they had more space in them. I considered getting one myself...

That's funny you need that skid plate. I had to find one for mine cause it was MIA. Either some people take them off for an oil change and never put them back on or gnomes are using them as sleds and not giving them back.

    Scrubber3's long overdue build thread

Thank you sir. No offense to your friend but if he cannot go places that your ZJ can, he needs to get some practice. Unless he is running around with street tires, broken shocks, and probably an anchor thrown out of the back he has no reason to not go everywhere you can. ;)

I'm not sure, but in order to do it you you to talk to the admin. you can always copy/paste and start a new thread over there.

I'm not sure many of us on this section can help you too much, but there is a section devoted entirely to Mitsubishi FuSO. Those guys can help you a tremendous amount more than us. Though I think you have an awesome overland platform and I'll probably follow this thread. Look in the expedition...

It should be fine. The 4.27 is a gen 2.5. The 4.6 was used in most of the 2nd generations SR and LS alike. Check the firewall label to be sure but, I'm 99% sure It is compatible.

Here's a good chance for some of you guys to get an SR rear end! No excuse not to have one now!
