What appreciation rating are you talking about? APEAL? Consumer Reports? Those have some serious psycho-metric issues. But they tend to effect all brands realtively equally - expectation and brand loyalty are the exceptions. Mfg Qulity ratings, such as JDP VDS (IQS very much less so), SVTQA ...
